KidsPLAYce Community Sponsorship:
In response to community need, KidsPLAYce is fundraising for our “Community Access Fund” in order to better serve area families in need of free or reduced admission, family memberships, community group access and space rentals. Donations to this fund will allow KidsPLAYce to actively outreach and promote our "No one turned away for lack of funds" policy to area families and organizations, build awareness of KidsPLAYce as a family resource for area families, offer free and reduced admission, space rentals and actively support children and families to Play, Learn and Grow together in our safe, fun and engaging indoor play-space. Thank you for considering a donation to the Community Access Fund, click here for a description of sponsorship levels and benefits. Our 2015 goal is $9,000 to fund 750 free admissions, 15+ family memberships for the children and families, 20+ free or reduced space rentals for birthdays and/or community groups, outreach and community building promotion. We are dedicated to serving families-in-need, and ensuring that all children have the opportunity to play, engage and be joyful. Refer to research provided by the Boston Children's Museum, Power of Play, and Vermont's Early Childhood Framework.
Play-space Development sponsorships:
The maintenance and creation of new and engaging exhibits at KidSPLAYce is an ongoing and wonderful challenge and dream! Ever want to test the strength and endurance of something, give it to a kid! Play-space renovations in 2015 were generously supported by the Crosby-Gannet and Dunham-Mason Funds, thank you. Additional private donations and design ideas are being sought from local businesses and individuals who can support and/or dream up new and wonderful additions and/or upgrades to our existing space. Our initial phase of re-development began in 2013 with local artist Garry Jones who designed, built and installed a musical marimba bench, musical zoom tubes, and a new ball run. Thank you to the Thomas Thomspon Trust for funding this project! Watch the Video! |
